Villa Viamonte is a classic Argentine adobe house detailed with artisanal works representative of the regional culture of Mendoza. We are located in the heart of the old town of Chacras de Coria, now a neighbourhood of Mendoza. You will find comforts and the best of traditions in this superb place, to make your stay in Mendoza truly unforgettable.
This is a unique rental opportunity; like the villas of southern France, we offer the entire property. Villa Viamonte is not a hotel and we do not rent individual room nights. Small groups of four to twelve people - friends or family - may enjoy the luxury of a private estate property.

One of the region's great traditional homes
The villa is situated in Chacras de Coria, now a chic, rapidly evolving rural town just ten minutes south of Mendoza's city centre, where fine traditional vineyard land abuts a second advance of top-end residences. The Mendocino gentry have long had their villas on private estates here on 'Viamonte,' the winding road at the base of the Andean cordillera.
But the new crowd, Mendoza’s modern business elite, are bringing with them an influx of fine dining establishments, art galleries, shops and the like. And there’s a new buzz that welcomes the additions to the quaint, and increasingly bustling, village.
Villa Viamonte is a rare old Spanish-style estate of the sort that was built to be passed from one generation to the next. It is one of the region's great traditional homes with over 10,000 square feet of well maintained living space on nearly two walled acres, and is truly evocative of an era in Argentina.
